Terms and Conditions

Black Card is issued by invitation only, and remains the property of, Lasan Group -1st Floor, 177 Stratford Road, Shirley, Solihull B90 3AX.
The Black Card enables you to receive discounts and earn redeemable stars on certain purchases in participating Lasan Group outlets. ‘Lasan Group’ is not a formal group of companies but a trading style adopted by several companies.


Using your Black Card

You can use your Black Card at any participating Lasan Group outlet. It is not a credit card, charge card or debit card. You cannot transfer your Black Card or any stored stars on it to any other person.

Only one card may be registered in the name of each individual.
Black Card must be presented to receive any privileges, discounts or stars.
The Black Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, offers, or privilege cards whether issued by us or by any third party.

Outlets reserve the right to end their privileges or participation at any time.



£10 welcome gift credit. Available to redeem 7 days after registration. Minimum spend £25
10% Discount: Available Sunday – Thursday. Minimum spend £25. Maximum discount £50 per day. Must present valid registered card to receive your discount.
£25 Birthday top-up: Birthday details must be provided at the time of registration for this credit to be available. It cannot be credited retrospectively. Birthday credit is available 7 days prior and for 30 days after birthday. Card must be registered & activated at least 30 days before a birthday for the birthday credit to be applied and made available for use. Minimum spend £50.
One 2-4-1 Cocktail per day before 7pm only at sites offering cocktails. Same two cocktails ordered at the same time. Cocktail offer cannot be exchanged for alternative drinks.


Earning and redeeming stars

Earn £1 for every £10 spent. You will earn ten stars for each complete pound spent (unless otherwise specified by individual participating outlets). Maximum stars earned per transaction 9900. Each star equals one pence when redeemed against a purchase.
Stars are personal to the individual card holder and cannot be pooled with stars earned by another individual and redeemed together.
You may only redeem stars (minimum 500 (£5) and maximum 5000 (£50)) against purchases made in participating outlets and only if a valid registered Black Card is presented. You may make part payment for a purchase using redeemed stars. We may request ID to verify cardholder.
Stars have no cash value. Redeemed stars cannot be used again. Stars can only be earned, held and redeemed as set out in these Terms and Conditions. Any stars obtained or used otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be invalid and cannot be redeemed.


Charity donations

Charities must be UK registered. The minimum amount that can be donated from available accrued credits is £500 per single payment donation. We require you to complete a charity donation form – this can be obtained on request. Allow a minimum of 14 days for requests to be approved and processed.
We may, on notifying you, forfeit all accrued stars, and/or suspend your right to receive discounts, collect and/or redeem stars if you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions, if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are engaged in fraudulent or other criminal activities relating to us or your Black Card, or if you supply false or misleading information.


Expiry and Cancellation

Your Black Card does not have an expiry date. However, stars are valid for a period of one year from the date they are accrued. We reserve the right to remove any stars from your Black Card which are more than one year old.
Expired stars cannot be redeemed, reinstated, or transferred to a new card.
You have the right to cancel your Black Card at any time by returning it to Lasan Group, 1st Floor, 177 Stratford Road, Shirley, Solihull, B90 3AX. If you cancel your Black Card you will lose the right to redeem all unused stars. If you wish to cancel your Black Card you must contact us at blackcard@lasangroup.com.


Loss, theft, damage

You should immediately report any loss, theft, fraudulent or unauthorised.
In the event of loss, theft, fraud or other unauthorised use of your Black Card or if your Black Card is damaged or malfunctions, we may, at our sole discretion, replace your Black Card and transfer any stars stored on it to a replacement card. Circumstances in which we may determine, in our sole discretion, that we will not replace your Black Card include those where we reasonably believe that the notified incident has been caused by your wilful breach of these Terms and Conditions or if there are reasonable grounds for suspecting that you are or have been engaged in fraudulent or other unlawful conduct.
If we agree to replace your Black Card, a replacement card will be delivered to your registered home address, usually within 14 days of you first notifying us of the incident by email. Replacement cards will be posted to your registered home address only. We reserve the right to charge a replacement card fee for each replacement card in the event that you are issued with more than two replacement cards within any 6 month period.



We reserve the right to amend or waive any provision of these Terms and Conditions from time to time and at any time, or to terminate the Black Card program on reasonable notice.
